A few different textures going on here… as soon as I walked by this “frame in my mind” I thought, how cool does this look?! This is a power box located next to a light rail depot in Winter Park Florida (think Mayberry RFD) – great town, very photogenic.
I thought the stand the box is on looked like driftwood, and the box itself has had probably a dozen coats of spray paint. The grass looked new, but the trees (AFAIK) are as old as the city.
A 10-year old photo from Padua, Italy on my way to Venice. I don’t think I visited or saw any piazzas I didn’t like – always something to admire or photograph.
This photo taken in Randolph, NY about 6 years ago. It was the family’s chicken coop with a coop full of chickens inside. The background behind this coop has two baseball diamonds today, so I’m glad I grabbed this shot when I did.
I took this photo a few years ago while visiting NYC – Grand Central is a very photogenic place. I thought this might fit into the topic of on the move as well, although very late to the party on this post.
Took this picture out on a ride a few weeks ago…
Extra, extra large blooms this week…
I absolutely love a room with high ceilings… this picture comes from a walk I took through The Vatican many, many years ago. Such a stunning place to photograph.
Had to dig back into the archives for this one, but once I saw the challenge title, this picture from a visit to Venice jump all the way from 2004. Enjoy.
I took these on a recent trip to Pennsylvania… The countryside was just begging to be photographed. Hopefully some upcoming photo challenges will allow me to share some more of them from that area.
